
Dr. Connie Nshemereirwe is an independent educator and researcher, with varied knowledge and experience of policy and practice in African Education Systems. She holds a bachelor of Civil Engineering, as well as advanced degrees in the design and evaluation of education systems – her current projects include developing digital resources in mother tongue for early literacy in Uganda. She is also passionate about promoting science leadership across the continent – she currently serves on the steering committee of the Africa Science Leadership Programme, as well as the executive committees of both the Uganda National Young Academy and the Global Young Academy.
